Notes on workflow with Avid

After writing recommendations about workflows several times for different projects, I tried to summarize things on a more generic page.

It is mainly about syncing, timecode, export to sound design, and some specific details, because these are the things I have often seen done wrong, or get asked about. I guess I will update it occasionally, so you can suggest corrections or additions in the comments of this post.
